  • One pre-birth planning session, helping you to explore your birth options so that you and your partner can feel confident and ready for your baby's birth day (90 min. session)

  • One postpartum follow up in the comfort of your home, giving you confidence in your new roles, supporting you through your family's transition - includes initial breastfeeding support (90 min. session)

Better Birth          $1000

  • Birth Basics PLUS ......

  • First pre-birth planning session, helping you to explore your birth options so that you and your partner can feel confident and ready for you baby's birth day (90 min. session)

  • Customized birth plan tailored specifically to reflect your individual wants and needs (the plan can be revised as many times as you choose)

  • Second pre-birth planning session, guiding you through the stages of labor and delivery, what to expect from each stage, and exploring various strategies and comfort measures that can be used throughout your labor (90 min. session)

  • Initial postpartum follow up in the comfort of your home, giving you confidence in your new roles, supporting you through your family's transition - includes initial breastfeeding support and one additional breastfeeding visit to give you that extra confidence as you and your baby learn and grow in this process together (90 min session + one 45 min breastfeeding session)
